Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create an order, reserve an item, or guarantee availability. An order is confirmed only after the customer accepts the applicable quotation or invoice and completes the required payment.
1. Requesting a Callback
Customers may be asked to provide their name, contact details, preferred communication method, and information about the product or service they are interested in.

2. Product Availability and Pricing
Product availability may change without notice, as items may be sold from our showroom or warehouse.
Pricing, delivery charges, applicable taxes, availability, and other conditions will be confirmed in the quotation or invoice. Products are not considered reserved or sold until the order has been formally confirmed by Darwazeh Living.
3. Quotations
Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
A quotation may include the product price, applicable taxes, delivery charges, estimated delivery timing, payment requirements, and any special conditions. Quotations remain subject to product availability and may be revised after the validity period expires.
4. Product Information and Inspection
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours, finishes, and images are accurate.
Customers are encouraged to inspect the product before accepting delivery. Customers should not accept an item if they identify visible damage or a significant discrepancy.
Any damage or issue discovered after receipt must be reported to Darwazeh Living within 24 hours of delivery, together with the order or invoice number and supporting photographs or videos.
5. Payment
Full payment must be received before delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Available payment methods include:
- Bank transfer
- Paylink, with payment details shared at the time of order (applicable bank fees may apply)
- Cash payment at the Darwazeh Living Dubai showroom
- Card payment at the Darwazeh Living Dubai showroom
The website does not provide automatic product checkout. Payment instructions will be provided directly by our team after the order has been confirmed.
Customers should only make payments using official payment details provided by Darwazeh Living.
6. Delivery
Delivery within the United Arab Emirates is available subject to the delivery location, product availability, access requirements, and the terms confirmed at the time of order.
Delivery to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries may be available by arrangement. For such deliveries, all applicable freight costs, customs duties, import charges, VAT, taxes, and related fees will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The estimated delivery timeline will be provided upon order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, destination, logistics, customs clearance, and access requirements.
Delivery, installation, special-access, lifting, crane, stair-access, and other related charges may be quoted separately.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accessible and suitable for the furniture being delivered.
7. Custom and Special-Order Products
Customised, personalised, made-to-order, or special-order products may have different cancellation, return, exchange, and refund conditions.
These terms will be communicated before the order is confirmed. Such products may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production or procurement has begun, subject to applicable law.
8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellation, return, exchange, and refund requests will be assessed according to the applicable quotation, invoice, product type, and applicable law.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to request a cancellation or report an issue.
Where relevant, customers may be asked to provide:
- Order or invoice number
- Product details
- Photographs or videos
- A description of the issue
- Delivery information
Refunds, where approved, will be processed according to the agreed payment method. Refund timing may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
9. Privacy and Customer Information
Information submitted through the Request a Callback form may be used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, confirm availability, arrange delivery, manage orders, and provide customer support.

This policy is governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the UAE, subject to any mandatory rights available to the customer under applicable law.
